It was an incredibly inspiring time on the nile . So many exhibitions , fantastic music by George Kazzazian , I will eventually have Ali Khatab presented . The Art scene in Cairo has soul real soul!!!

When I finally got back to Oslo I had an open House with Energy Vitality. Simon Chilembo a shining light on my floor who has been teaching Karate for 30 years here in Norway. He brings the smiles of South Africa in to our city and every couple of months he and I generously open our doors. Music , Dance, poetry, art, handy crafts and other spontaneous inspirations. We are about lifting our sense of well being through these wonderful triggers that connect us with the here and now.
